Individual Therapy
I offer therapy options tailored to fit your unique needs. For those who wish to address a specific concern in a shorter timeframe, I provide focused, short-term therapy, typically spanning 6 to 12 sessions. If you're looking to explore deeper emotional or relational issues, long-term therapy is available, ranging from 18 to 36 months. Both options are designed to help you gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and achieve meaningful change in your life.
Couples Therapy
In my work with couples, I aim to create a space where both partners feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we focus on fostering deeper connection and improving communication by exploring the underlying patterns and dynamics that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection. By addressing these core issues, we can work towards rebuilding trust, enhancing emotional intimacy, and developing healthier ways of relating to each other. My goal is to help you create a strong, resilient relationship where both partners feel valued, supported, and deeply connected.
Family Therapy
In family therapy, I use a systemic approach to help families navigate various challenges and strengthen their relationships. This approach offers valuable insights for dealing with strained relationships, conflicts, grief, trauma, communication difficulties, divorce, co-parenting issues, sudden changes, and more. By focusing on how each family member's interactions contribute to the overall dynamic, we work together to uncover underlying issues and develop effective strategies for positive change. My goal is to ensure that each family member feels understood and supported, fostering open communication and a healthier, more connected family environment.

This complimentary approach helps balance emotions , reduces stress and enhances the therapeutic process.
Reiki does not replace traditional counselling or evidence-based psychotherapy but provides an enriching, enhancing and supportive addition to the healing experience.
