Before we meet, we’ll decide on a walking spot together — usually a nearby park or trail that’s flat, easy to navigate, and feels good to be in.
We’ll walk at a comfortable pace for around 50 minutes, pausing whenever you like. There’s no pressure to keep moving — if sitting under a tree or finding a quiet bench feels right, we’ll do that too.
The focus is on creating space for reflection, conversation, and calm — all in a way that feels natural and unhurried.
Because Walk & Reflect takes place in public outdoor spaces, we may occasionally pass others along the way. If the conversation ever feels too personal in the moment, you're always welcome to pause or change direction — or we can find a quieter spot to continue.
If we happen to see someone you know, how you respond is entirely up to you. Your comfort comes first, and there’s no pressure to share anything about our time together.
