Over the years, my understanding of growth and change has evolved.
What began as traditional therapy has become a more fluid, integrative way of supporting people through life’s transitions.
My approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins within — through awareness, balance, and a genuine connection to self.
Rather than following rigid frameworks, I support growth through conversation, reflection, and practical insight that fit naturally into everyday life.
It’s less about fixing and more about unfolding — creating space for clarity, confidence, and self-trust to return.
I now work primarily with individuals in midlife who are ready to reconnect with themselves, refine what matters, and create balance and clarity in their lives.
My clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and proactive — seeking meaningful, sustainable growth rather than quick fixes.
Drawing on over two decades of combined experience in psychology, relationship and family therapy, fitness, and lifestyle wellness coaching, I bring a deep and integrative understanding of how people create change.
My professional experience is supported by lived insight — years of observing, learning, and evolving through my own seasons of growth and transition.
My work as a Relationship and Family Therapist deepened my understanding of how our experiences shape the ways we connect; my training in fitness and lifestyle wellness revealed the body’s role in balance and resilience.
My background as a Psychologist strengthened my appreciation for insight, awareness, and meaningful change, while my restorative and integrative practices remind me of the quiet ways energy, presence, and intention support wellbeing.
Today, I bring these threads together in a flexible, conversational approach — one that honours the mind–body connection and supports change in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

I live by the coast in Perth, Western Australia, and much of my work — and way of being — is inspired by the calm and clarity found in nature.
