With a Bachelor of Psychology, fitness certifications, training in holistic practices and over 20 years of experience in psychology, counselling, and wellness coaching, I am deeply committed to assisting individuals, couples, and families. My personal philosophy centres on nurturing health, well-being, mindfulness, resilience, and a positive mindset. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Family Therapy (AAFT), staying connected to the latest developments in the field. Currently, I am further enriching my expertise with postgraduate studies in Family and Relationship Therapy. My background includes roles in both public and private sectors as a registered psychologist and counsellor, complemented by my work as a personal fitness trainer, wellness coach and holistic practitioner.
