Hi, I'm Agnes, a Wellness & Relationships Psychotherapist, Holistic Practitioner and former Psychologist. My journey began with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices within traditional psychology. Over time, I recognised the value of a more holistic approach, which led me to train in energy-based and mindful practices that support holistic well-being and personal growth, integrating both physical and emotional wellness. This broader perspective allows me to help foster a deeper connection between mind and body, offering clients a more integrative path to wellness.

With a solid foundation in psychology, fitness certifications, holistic practices, and over two decades of combined experience in counselling and wellness coaching, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families. My personal philosophy centres on nurturing health, well-being, mindfulness, resilience, and a positive mindset. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Staying connected to the latest developments in the field, I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Association of Family Therapy (AAFT), and soon to be a certified practising member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Currently, I am further enriching my expertise with postgraduate studies in Family and Relationship Therapy. My background includes roles in both public and private sectors as a registered psychologist, complemented by my work as a personal fitness trainer, wellness coach, and holistic practitioner. This diverse experience allows me to integrate physical wellness with mental, emotional, and relational health in my practice.
