Life is a journey filled with peaks and valleys. Like many of you, I’ve navigated moments of joy, uncertainty, growth, and change. These experiences have shaped my resilience, deepened my empathy, and strengthened my belief in the power of personal growth and self-awareness.
Drawn to the mind–body connection from an early age, I was naturally interested in psychology and wellness. This path led me into a career dedicated to supporting others — helping people explore their inner world, build emotional clarity, and reconnect with themselves. With a background in psychology and wellness, I’ve spent years integrating physical wellbeing with emotional and mental support to offer a more holistic, personalised approach to care.
One of the most formative chapters of my life was the 15+ years I spent caring for my elderly parents until their passing. That time taught me the true value of self-care, balance, and emotional regulation — not as luxuries, but as essential foundations for living well. Witnessing their frailty highlighted the importance of physical strength and health in maintaining quality of life and preserving freedom of choice. This experience deepened my understanding of life transitions and personal resilience, both of which now gently guide the way I support others through their own challenges.
Over the years, I’ve experienced my own seasons of grief and hardship — including the sudden loss of a close childhood friend, the passing of my parents, and the emotional impact of cancer diagnoses within my family. I’ve moved through times of depression, anxiety, and overwhelm, and these experiences have shaped the empathy and steadiness I bring into my work. They remind me that healing isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
Professionally, I’ve worked across both public and private sectors, supporting individuals through stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity to grow and find balance in their own way.
Raised with the influence of Eastern philosophy — valuing balance, mindfulness, and the deep interconnectedness of life — I’ve come to embrace a more holistic way of working. These principles, along with my training as an integrative practitioner, continue to guide how I support others and how I care for my own wellbeing.
Outside of my professional work, I find joy and balance in strength and weight training, hiking, surfing, rock climbing, sauna, and contrast therapy sessions. I also meditate regularly and enjoy creative pursuits like visual arts and writing. The beach is my go-to place for reflection and restoration — a space that brings me calm, clarity, and connection.
Every step of my journey has deepened my commitment to helping others. I bring both professional knowledge and personal insight to my practice, and I remain enthusiastic about living — and encouraging — a life of balance, wellness, and intention.
