Life is a journey filled with peaks and valleys. Like many in midlife, I’ve navigated seasons of joy, uncertainty, growth, and change. These experiences have shaped my resilience, deepened my empathy, and strengthened my belief in the power of personal growth, self-care, and conscious living.
Drawn to the mind–body connection from an early age, I’ve always been fascinated by the ways our emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing intertwine. Over the years, this curiosity evolved into a passion for guiding others through life transitions — helping people reconnect with themselves, rediscover purpose, and create balance through intentional change.
One of the most transformative chapters of my life was the 15+ years I spent caring for my elderly parents. That time taught me the real meaning of self-care, balance, and emotional strength — not as luxuries, but as foundations for living well. It also gave me a deep respect for the importance of vitality, movement, and meaningful connection at every age.
I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with midlife — shifting priorities, evolving identities, and the desire to feel more aligned and fulfilled. My work blends holistic wellness principles, mind–body awareness, and practical coaching to help clients cultivate clarity, confidence, and renewed energy for this next chapter of life.
Professionally, I’ve worked across both public and private sectors, supporting individuals through stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity to grow and find balance in their own way.
Raised with the influence of Eastern philosophy — valuing balance, mindfulness, and interconnectedness — I take a grounded and compassionate approach. Whether in coaching conversations or restorative practices, I aim to create a calm, supportive space where insight and transformation can unfold naturally.
Outside of my professional work, I find joy and balance in weight training, hiking, surfing, rock climbing, sauna and contrast therapy sessions and spending time with friends and family. I also meditate regularly and enjoy creative pursuits like visual arts and writing. The beach is my go-to place for reflection and restoration — a space that brings me calm, clarity, and connection.
Every step of my journey has deepened my commitment to helping others. I bring both professional knowledge and personal insight to my practice, and I remain enthusiastic about living — and encouraging — a life of balance, wellness, and intention.
