Wellness Fees

I understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure that I can accommodate all my clients fairly, the following cancellation policy is in place:

• Payments: Payment is required via bank transfer at least two days prior to each session to secure your appointment. This allows admin to be taken care of ahead of time, so our sessions can stay fully focused on your needs and how I can best support you. 
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your slot to another client who may be in need of my services.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Unless due to an emergency or a legitimate unforeseen issue, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
