Wellness Fees

I understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure that I can accommodate all my clients fairly, the following cancellation policy is in place:

• Payments: Payment for sessions is required via bank transfer at least two days prior to the session. Please ensure this is completed in advance to secure your appointment. 
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your slot to another client who may be in need of my services.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Unless due to an emergency or a legitimate unforeseen issue, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

I aim to provide the best possible service to all my clients, and adhering to this policy helps me maintain a high standard of care and accessibility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note : Medicare rebates mental health care plans are unavailable for Wellness  & Relationship Therapists.
