Research shows that talk therapy alone isn’t enough. We need to have a more holistic and integrated approach of understanding how and who we are.
Our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs and behaviours are linked to our physical health and body. Our body has many untold stories. I believe that talk therapy combined with somatic and sensory processes such as mindfulness meditation, reiki, nature-based and expressive creative arts therapy (such as writing and art) can create a deeper sense of awareness of our mind/body connection. This viewpoint originates from the eastern philosophies of wellbeing and way of life (the principles and values I was raised with in my Chinese family).
I work together with my clients using a more whole person integrated awareness approach in improving, enhancing and facilitating wellness. Restoring balance to their overall wellbeing. I am lifestyle friendly, so our sessions will always be judgement-free, which means you are in a safe place to share personal issues comfortably.
As each client is individual and unique, reiki wellness, mentoring and counselling sessions are tailored to your needs and objectives to achieve an optimal outcome. It all begins with me listening to you and taking holistic and integrated approach to your wellness and relationship goals.
