My Philosophy & Approach

As a Wellness and Relationships Therapist, and Holistic Practitioner, I am committed to an integrative, client-centred approach with a systemic perspective. My goal is to guide individuals, couples and families towards a more harmonious and balanced life, ensuring therapy is uniquely tailored to meet the distinct needs and aspirations of each client.


My Approach

I emphasise a deep understanding and respect for the personal experiences and goals of my clients. My approach is centered on helping you create meaningful relationships, enhance emotional well-being, and live with greater balance and purpose. This includes relationship dynamics, lifestyle habits, and emotional wellness, all through a lens that centres on the unique perspectives and voices of each client.

The primary objective is to empower my clients, enhancing their mental, emotional, and physical health through a client-centred ethos. This approach builds on the autonomy and strengths of individuals and relationships, fostering positive change and elevating psychological well-being and resilience.

In my sessions, clients find a non-judgmental, lifestyle-friendly space to share personal and relational details openly. This supportive environment is crucial for discussing matters that are deeply personal without fear of judgement.

My journey with clients involves setting personalised goals, exploring thoughts and emotions, identifying barriers, and developing effective coping strategies. Recognising the limits of talk therapy alone, I advocate for an integrative and holistic approach that appreciates the connections between thoughts, emotions, physical health, and overall well-being.
