 I'm Agnes — a Relationship Therapist, Midlife Wellness Coach, and former Psychologist. My practice is grounded in a holistic, wellness-based approach that integrates emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing.


 I work with individuals, couples, and adult families who are open to self-care, lifestyle changes, and exploring new ways of thinking, communicating, and living. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and work collaboratively, I offer a space that is calm, grounded, and supportive. 


I began my career as a traditional psychologist working within evidence-based frameworks. Over time, I embraced a more integrative path that honours the mind–body connection to support meaningful change, guided by each client’s goals and readiness.


Having walked through many of life’s chapters, I bring warmth, steadiness, and perspective to my work. With qualifications in relationship and family therapy, fitness, and lifestyle wellness coaching, I bring over two decades of combined experience to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s transitions.


My work draws on a systemic and wellness-informed approach — weaving relationship therapy with physical wellbeing and lifestyle practices to foster clarity, connection, and balance.
